About 26 ministers and leaders from all over Germany came together for our annual Ministers’ General Assembly, and for a great time of instruction, impartation, and testimony from former Maine Superintendent, Rev. Rick Stoops. God moved in our meetings powerfully, with wonderful worship led by various teams, and prophetic and doctrinal teaching by Bro. Stoops.
We were also able to establish new departments within Germany for our Men’s, Prayer, Campus , and Hyphen ministries, under the leadership of our General Superintendent, Bro. Paul Brochu. We are excited to get these departments established and running, while assisting with direction and training.

Along with the team from Pentecostals of Alexandria, led by Bro. Anthony Mangan, Bro. Nathan Harrod, Regional Director for Europe, Bro. Tim Gaddy,
Superintendent of the Arkansas District, and Bro. Elias Limones preached powerful messages. I was able to support the translation effort in German, along side of Italian, French, Serbian, Russian and other languages. It was also a chance for ministries like EuroAIM to be present and make contacts throughout Europe.
FelsenHaus church in Munich
We will soon be having pre-service fellowship in a different foyer …
Keiffer has been enjoying Sunday School classes at FelsenHaus.
After returning from BOTTEurope at the end of July, we received notice that we need to leave our current building in Munich. The building administrator had required rent from us for a portion of the building we had been sharing with a neighboring group, and which we told the building owner in January that we no longer needed and could no longer support. Instead of working out a solution, we received notice that we need to vacate our space by the end of October. I immediately started fasting and praying.
We have continued to pray. One Friday night at the end of our Intercessory Prayer night, the Holy Ghost prompted me to look up a church we had considered asking to share
their space with us. The Google Maps listing showed, “permanently closed.” Right after prayer, I went over and prayed in front of the building, and called the number that was shown on the listing, a Stuttgart number. I left a message, and later wrote an email. The next Wednesday, as we were returning home, I got a call from a realtor asking if I would like to see the building the next day. Of course I agreed. It is not 100% firm, and it will be a financial hurdle for us, but we are praying that God make a way for us to rent this entire building, which is well-located, near train, subway, tram, and bus stops as well as about 300 ft from a shopping center. Please pray with us!!
Sunday School
We had just started holding Sunday School in our current location after a few years of not being able to accommodate it. Sis. Andrea Lyman had volunteered and has been doing a great job with material and conducting classes. Areas like this have been wonderful recent developments, which makes this new step both a challenge as well as a great opportunity for the Lord to take us to the next level.
"Lord, I am not asking for a solution. I am not asking for a stop-gap. I am asking for a miracle!"

Boldness in Prayer
Board Meeting and Prayer Walk in Heidelberg
Making a solid foundation
Much to Administer
We have been meeting as a General Board in Germany every month, and this was our third time to meet in-person this year.
We are not only working to get the various ministries established in Germany, but we have also presented a draft of our new constitution to the ministers in July, and are working now on a policy manual to accompany it. We have cross-referenced the organizations in Great Britain, Italy, Spain, and USA to draw relevant concepts from each in order to form a structure that is built for distance.
After working through our calendar for 2025 and plans for ministerial licensing – using a new form and workflow to expedite greater numbers and better robustness – we got to the business of the policy manual.
We made good progress, but the work is arduous and time-consuming. Please keep us in prayer as we work to finalize this important ground work for submission to the ministerial General Assembly for approval next summer.
Supporting the local church to take territory
An on-going prayer campaign
The church in Heidelberg, Church of Acts Neckartal, has been located in Heidelberg for a couple of years, since Pastor Andre Love succeeded the late Pastor Larry Gregg. They had been meeting in their home during Covid and upon the suggestion of some of the saints, relocated to Heidelberg, meeting in the Mosaik church on the north side of town.
The Lord had put it on the hearts of the General Board to continue the prayer walks that we had done earlier in March in Paderborn, and to a lesser degree in Braunschweig in the summer. So we agreed to support Pastor Love and the church to conduct their first prayer walk in the city, making a course of about 6 kilometers (4 mi.) from the church location, through the “Philosophers’ Way”, then into the city center, including the Heiliggeist Kirche (Holy Ghost Church), and the Kornmarkt, where an historic statue of Mary was given by the protestants as a sign of capitulation to the catholics centuries ago.
It was a perfect day to have the prayer walk, and the Lord blessed our time there, giving us insights and opening our hearts to parts of the city not yet observed.
We will continue to do prayer walks all throughout Germany, focusing on cities with preaching points and groups where there are not yet churches.
